Who are the dance sessions suitable for?

Preparations for unity
You should prepare the following things:
Comfortable outfit, towel & water bottle, clean indoor shoes/dance sneakers (please only put the shoes on in the dance studio!)
Who are the Pacemakers?
The Pacemakers Dance Team from New York is a lively, humorous and irresistibly inspiring group of seniors aged 60 to 86. Their mission: to throw stereotypes overboard and celebrate aging with every swinging dance step. At first they were the target of malicious comments and cyberbullying, but three viral videos of the group changed everything. With 62 million views, 30,381 exceptionally positive comments and 235,000 shares - including from many celebrities such as actress Kate Hudson - the Pacemakers have made a statement. They refute the old excuse "I'm too old for this" and show that you are never too old to move. Here the Link to the Video!
